How long does a capture session take?

Most residential properties take 1–2 hours. Commercial spaces, hotels, and schools may take 2–4 hours depending on size. Vehicle scans are quick — usually 30–60 minutes. Your booking slot is 2 hours — if more time is needed, our team will coordinate with you directly.

What kinds of spaces can you scan?

We scan homes and apartments, commercial and office spaces, hotels and hospitality venues, schools and campuses, and construction sites — and now vehicles too. Our Vehicles option covers everything from saloons and SUVs to vans and trucks, capturing the interior and exterior in immersive 360° — ideal for dealerships and private sellers.

Do you serve my area in Kenya?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we operate nationwide across Kenya. Whether you're in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, or anywhere else in the country, we can reach you. Travel logistics are coordinated after your booking is confirmed.

How long does it take to receive my virtual tour?

Accepted Answer

Most tours are processed and delivered within 48 hours of the capture session. You will receive a direct link, an embed code, and a QR code in your DreamSpace dashboard as soon as the tour is published — along with immersive 360° photos of your space.

Do you also provide 360° photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — immersive 360° photos of your property are included with every booking, at no extra cost. Unlike a flat photo, you can pan, zoom, and look all around each shot. They appear in your DreamSpace dashboard under 360 Photos, where you can view them, rename them, and share any photo with a public link — perfect for marketing your property on social media or listings.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade 360° cameras to capture your space in crisp, immersive detail — the same standard used by leading real estate agencies and property developers worldwide. Every tour is built and hosted in-house on the DreamSpace platform.

Question 7

Can I book for multiple properties?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Simply make a separate booking for each property. If you have a portfolio of properties or a recurring need, contact us directly at hello@dreamspace.africa and we'll arrange a package deal.

Question 8

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule or cancel yourself, anytime, from the My Bookings page in your dashboard — just pick a new available time, or cancel an unpaid booking. We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice; changes within 48 hours may affect any refund per our cancellation policy. If your booking has already been paid, contact us and we’ll arrange the change or refund.

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made online after your project is complete. You can pay securely from your account dashboard using card or M-Pesa via Paystack — you are not charged at the time of booking. Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can download a receipt from your dashboard.

How long does my tour stay online, and is there an ongoing cost?

Your tour stays online with no ongoing cost. Hosting is included in your one-time fee — we host and back up your tour, and it stays live, shareable, and embeddable for the long term at no extra charge. There are no yearly or monthly hosting fees.

Question 11

What is included in the web development service?

Accepted Answer

Our web development service is a flat KES 10,000 and includes a multi-page branded website with your virtual tour embedded, a contact form, Google Maps integration, social media links, and your contact details. Domain purchase is arranged separately and is not included in the service fee.

Question 12

What is the DreamSpace Marketplace?

Accepted Answer

The DreamSpace Marketplace is a free public showcase where you can list your completed 360° virtual tour so a wider online audience can discover your property. When you book, you can opt in to share your scan, and visitors can explore it in 3D and reach out to you directly. You stay in full control — list, hide, or remove your property at any time from your dashboard.
